Richard Stroupe is a twice-exited founder and active investor with over 50 early-stage investments. He built the operating system taught at Elevate while scaling his own companies to acquisition. He now uses those same frameworks to advise portfolio companies on breaking through revenue walls and scaling beyond the founder-dependent grind. Because he sits on the cap table of 50+ companies, Richard brings a unique vantage point to the hot seat — he can pressure-test your investment posture, audit your capital allocation, and identify why your current growth model is hitting a ceiling. He holds a doctorate from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School. He has served as faculty at George Washington University and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown. Richard also hosts The Amplified CEO podcast.
